By purchasing this advisory partnership, you agree to the following:

Billing occurs monthly at $20,000.You may cancel at any time; cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.

No refunds or prorated refunds are provided.

Three 1‑hour sessions per month are included; You are responsible for scheduling and unused sessions do not roll over.

Execution is performed by you or your team. I provide strategic guidance, analysis, and feedback loops.

All sessions may be recorded and available for review.

Any additional work outside the defined cadence requires a separate agreement.

Liability & Dispute Resolution

My total liability for any claim related to this advisory partnership is capped at the amount of one month’s fee ($20,000).

You agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not through court litigation.

Both parties waive the right to participate in class actions or collective claims.

This advisory relationship provides strategic guidance; you retain full responsibility for all business decisions and outcomes.
